Building Management operates under the direction of the Strata Company.

The Council of Owners (COO) is an elected committee that represents all Lot Owners. Their responsibilities include discussing, resolving, and voting on decisions related to the Strata Company.
Oakfield (Strata Manager) ensures compliance with the Strata Act & Regulations, manages Committee Grievances, and handles Financial and budgetary administration.

My2N is a mobile application that offers convenient, reliable, and secure access to door, gate, and lift entry systems, as well as intercom.
To set up the My2N app, please ask the Concierge at The Grove to generate a Pairing PIN for you. Once you have the PIN, you can pair your device near the entrance door, close to the intercom panel, for a successful Bluetooth connection.
The app allows you to answer your door and talk to visitors calling your intercom using only your mobile phone, from anywhere. You can also open the door with a single touch. To get started, please ask the Concierge at The Grove to create an intercom account for you. Once your account is created, you will log in to your My2N account/Device ID on your app (using the '+' icon in the far right corner).

Stratafy is the designated mobile application and online portal for residents of The Grove. It serves as the primary platform for crucial resident communications from Oakfield (Strata) and Fortstone (Building Management).
For your convenience, some useful search titles on the Stratafy platform include: Stratafy App Guide, Move In Guide, Owners Manual Information The Grove Recommended Maintenance, Key/Access Device Order Form, Electric Vehicle Charging, House Rules, The Grove Strata By-Laws, Manual (e.g. Air-Con - Control), and The Grove Newsletter.

GroundFloor Parcel Lockers are designed to make parcel delivery and collection more convenient and efficient for everyone. Couriers can deposit packages into designated lockers, and recipients are notified via text message with a unique code or QR code to retrieve their items at their convenience. This system enhances security and provides a streamlined way to manage deliveries, especially for those requiring a signature.
To register and start using the lockers, please follow the instructions located on the posters displayed at the locker station.

TrackPlan is a comprehensive cloud-based facility management software designed to help organizations efficiently manage their buildings, assets, maintenance tasks, projects, and more.
To residents of The Grove, it provides an easy way to log Common Property Repairs and Maintenance, e.g. property damage, cleaning issues, missuse of amenities, lights out, leaks and more.

Visitor car bays are restricted for use by invitees of a lot for 8 hous at a time only.
Public charging stations (EV Charging) for electric vehicles have a maximum charging allowance up to 4 hours, the car must be removed or relocated after this time.

The common area has multiple Wifi options
This is to simplify it for people in a dedicated area, eg, you are in the media room and want to stream to the media room TV, join the media room Wifi and it will be the only option.

Public access is from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays for general public.
