Important note about Move In/Out Bookings:

Before booking your move-in, please make sure that you have confirmed your settlement and key handover date.

Your reservation will be sent to the building Concierge for confirmation, who may contact you with further instructions. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact Building Management.

On the day of your booking, please speak to the Concierge on site to help coordinate your moving vehicle parking and use of lifts for moving furniture.

For fairness to all Residents, you will initially be limited to 1x 3hr booking slot. Other one-off deliveries are possible, please speak with Building Management to coordinate these.

Bookings are not available before 9am or after 5pm, these are peak periods for people movement so we will not lock off lifts for exclusive use during these times.
